The second edition of the 'Seyyah' concert, first held in 2022, was performed this year as part of our university's spring festivals on May 16, 2024, at the ASU Conference Hall under the name 'Seyyah 2'.
In the concert prepared and conducted by Music Education Department Instructor Dr. Ezgi Demirkaya, accompanied by Instructor Yaşar Musaoğlu on the kanun, and featuring our department students and guest artists, lively folk dance tunes, circle dances (halays), and solo pieces registered in the TRT repertoire were performed.
The aim is for the 'Seyyah' concerts to become a tradition for Aksaray province and to create brand value for our university's music department.
